Understanding your ADHD to embrace your strengths and create a life that works

I help late-diagnosed women to challenge their negative beliefs, rediscover their own capabilities and strengths, and build a future full of possibility again.

Engaging a personal trainer for my physical health changed my life and inspired me to keep taking on new challenges.  A change in perspective is often the basis for reinventing yourself. Coaching with me helps change your perspective:

* Strength focussed

* Identify goals or help you start dreaming of possibilities again

* Rediscover your strengths

* Experiment with new ways of doing everyday things

* Finding the sparkle in something that has lost its shine

* Adapt and refine the plan along the journey

* Celebrate the wins big and small

My Personal Trainer has helped me maintain a consistent exercise regime for the first time in my life. She reminds me where I started (worrying that I am not getting any younger), what I have already achieved (a novice power lifting competition), and keeps me on track towards my goals (my first ever City to Surf).

What do you worry about (or settle for) that we could turn into possibilities again?

ADHD Coach and personal trainer for your brain

I am a trained ADHD coach who is passionate about supporting adults with ADHD who are diagnosed later in life, particularly women. I help people better understand how their brains work and develop practical strategies that build on their strengths.

Being diagnosed later in life evokes a range of emotions and thoughts.  We often strive to learn as much as we can about ADHD and what it means for us.  Grief, regret, gratitude and hopefulness can all be emotions we experience.  I bring my lived experience and knowledge of ADHD and ADHD coaching to help you navigate your unique journey with ADHD.

My coaching approach is compassionate, person-centred and strengths-based. I aim to create a supportive space where you can better understand your ADHD and build strategies that help you create the life you want.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring more than 30 years of professional experience working in human resources in the Australian Public Service.
